CONSTRUCTION LAW

Our Construction Law Group has a comprehensive understanding of the legal issues affecting the construction industry, as well as the documentary and financial challenges faced by our clients. Lawyers from our litigation, real estate, land use and finance practices work together to represent public and private owners, lenders, developers, design professionals, construction managers, and general and trade contractors in connection with many different types of projects. We also counsel clients in connection with regulatory compliance, liens and bonding issues, permitting, public and private bidding, contract negotiations and collections.
